Has anyone had any problems with the limiter switch on their Timberking?  My machine has been bottoming out on the switch and it's a real pain to get it up off it.

Best way to check it is run your head up or down and reach over and press the button on limit switch, should shut down movement of head. Its a common switch at parts store just replace it if its bad.. Make sure its solid mounting hardware could have vibrated loose.

When it hits the bottom limit switch it stops it from going down and it should go up with no problem unless someone has it wired wrong, give Mike or Jason at TK a call, they're good.    I had the up solenoid go out yesterday after over 8000 hour, it took about 2 minutes on the phone to figure out.   Steve

Thanks, both of you, for your replies.  I don't know why it won't go back up when it bottoms out on the switch.  I'll take a look at the wiring and see if I can figure it out.  It hasn't been real good sawing weather up in NNY lately, but am hoping to get back at it in a week or two!
