Patty got to spend her birthday on the road to a funeral for her uncle over in Madison. We'll celebrate it tonight as I was swamped with hay yesterday myself. She got a new bauble for her birthday so alls well.

Hmmmm...on a side note, over the many years, I have found that it is not the age requirement which which illumninates the wall of bristles. Ahhhh....but "weight", now that gets into the red zone quite promptly, from time to time.

Thanks to all of you! Even though most of my day was spent on the road, I still got to party with my girls at the gym, double chocolate fudge cupcakes!!... pizza and wine up in Madison with my cousins...all in all it was a great day. Tonight I get the best present of all....home with my wonderful hubby Norm! (and beautiful baubles!) ;D They are a girl's best friend you know!
