If that's all, those 25 years on that circle mill have been good for you.

I am almost 20 years ahead of Sawyerfortyish and probably that many pounds too.

That is the problem with running these new machines. Before, this business was hard work and you could eat what you wanted and not gain a pound. Now when the biggest problem you have is regulating the temperature or having to get out occasionaly to change a chain or bar, everything you eat adds inches somewhere.

Well now that your talking about it I ran a manual mill even flipped the logs with cant hooks til five yrs ago. I have to admit I have noticed a change. I've put on a few pounds. It seems that sitting in a seat pushing buttons and pulling levers doesn't give the workout I used to get. But I sure don't want to go back ;)
