Got the wife to join the forum

Got the wife Kristina to join the forum last night. She will be using the name "Mrs Beaver" on the forum.

I think she will enjoy the fine bunch of folks that I have grown to know and love on this forum.

Yes, she has run the sawmill. In fact i think she cut more wood on our LT-25 that we once had than I did, but she has yet to run the LT-10. She absolutely loves to turn stuff on her lathe but she also enjoys wood carving and running the cnc machine.

I love her and would not trade her for anything or anybody. She is a very hard worker and very supportive of anything i want to do business wise. Through thick and thin, she is always there working side by side with me. Look forward to seeing her on here.

He knows better than to say anything bad about me.....he likes to eat too much and likes my cooking to well to put that at jeopardy. :D

Bless his heart Mrs. Beaver......I'm just glad you picked him up off the side of the road that day, took the thorn out of his paw and took him home and gave him a bowl of milk and taught him how to woodwork. :D

If is was afraid of her, would I be so stupid as to keep her lathe tools so sharp?

She is not kidding about the food....do like to eat and especially her cooking digin_2

I must admit that I did become a bit concerned after I let her try the woodmizer and she started to refer to it as her mill. That is kind of how i lost my firewood bundler. At first i would go and bundle wood myself. Then one day she went and asked to take a turn and give it a try.....it has been about 40,000 bundles since my last turn at the bundling machine.

Your not kidding Dave, I may have introduced her to wood turning, but she has really taken to it and really impressed me with what she has done with that lathe.

I have done my share of pens, but i am pretty much a devoted segmented wood bowl turner.
