Mike, no grits for me. I'm transplanted from WV and probably the only one in NC that doesn't like grits. Every time I see them I think of Joe Pesci. " What is a grit anyway?"

Caveman, I love the shoebox! I'm sure it will outperform my knowledge for a long time to come but learning how to make it work is fun
