Amazing
« on: November 15, 2018, 06:28:41 PM »
Went to the Southern Christmas Show today.

In this first picture can you tell me what you are looking at in the make up of this slab?

Here I am sitting at a beautiful Walnut Slab desk.

And for you crafters that have CNC machines, this guy talks vinyl records and makes these.

I'll wait and tell the story about the Slab in the first pic after y'all have looked at it for a while.
I'll update under the picture.

This tree was grafted 125 years ago so said the owner of the slab. The bottom part is Claro Walnut and the top part is English Walnut.
The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

In the first instant that I saw it, I saw a squirrel, facing to the right!

Swag, angle cut up through trunk and two branches.  Maybe the branches were dead so the color difference.  I sure it will be interesting.

I saw the squirrel also

Well, after reading these I see the grafted tree, but no squirrel, just a blob of walnut, but I did notice your new signature line!!!  Are you "The Doctor"?   :D
