I was looking at the spruce on the corner of the property, and it's looking terrible. Checking online, I think it might be rhizosphaera needlecast. It only has a bit of green left at the top, and near as I can tell, it's terminal. Hate to see it go, but it'll be an interesting(to me) job. I'll be climbing twice as high as the last time(feet were ~20' off the ground. Looking at ~40' this time), and the neighbor's shed is right next to it. Adds a bit more challenge. Kind of excited to get a new climb, but hate losing a tree. I'll get to use my new 2511t for its designed job, which will be cool. Lots of movement at the top. I'll definitely be waiting for a calm day  :^D

We'll see what next fall brings...
