Don't consider myself an "expert", these are just raw data and video'ed experiences....nothing more. Your dealer should have better insight..:)

This video was about the pullers and case fitting tools a DIY Hobby type like myself can get, BUT shows a saw that just happened to have ALL the issues I've experienced with these X-torq's SO worth a look for those trying to figure out what to do with these either to buy or to fix. This one is worst case, but the message here is EVEN this is solvable.....and solvable for CHEAPER than a new saw. If you catch things fast enough. Did a couple of other video's last month on sick 372's.

( And yes hanging onto the flywheel would have given that flywheel puller a better showing...... )
