Using red rot logs

If 12" diameter red pine had red rot that at this point seems not to have made the wood weak will the rot worsen as time goes on.  The use would be as wall logs in a log lean-to.  Yes the logs will be sealed and with a proper roof up off the ground.

Just wondering long term prognosis for tree.  Thanks
