Was searching the forum yesterday for hardware for bifold kiln doors, got 2 of mine hung yesterday, found Danny's pic of his kiln, 7 door hinges on each door.  Think I will add some more.  But need some bolts for the first door, and then just plan to use a 2x4 and bolts to lock the center.  Too wet this morning to get into my junk iron pile, wondering what others have done.

I would highly recommend a cam door closing latch system, like on a trailer, to shut the door with.  It applies pressure to the door seals to maintain a tight fit.

Take steps to save steps.

If it won't roll, its not a log; it's still a tree.  Sawmills cut logs, not trees.

Kiln drying wood: When the cookies are burned, they're burned, and you can't fix them.

Sawing is fun for the first couple million boards.

Be smarter than the sawdust

Safety practices would be to have at least one door that can be opened from the inside.
