Hey there, so I recently came across a used 372 xpg powerhead. I started by stripping it down and gonna give it a good cleaning. Piston and cylinder doesn't appeared to be scored but a good carbon build up is on top the piston.

I was thinking of getting a carb kit, a new rear handle, chain break handle and top cover, all of which are broken or missing.

I'm in Canada and I was wondering a good place to order parts online?

Welcome aboard. I don't know of any Canadian on line suppliers, Madsen's or Chainsawr might be able to help you but by the time you pay freight, duty and exchange you may be better off buying locally. Where are you?

Looks like a good project for sure. Is that tank cracked or do you just want to replace it for looks? Those tanks are around $120 US and you'd have to move the rear heating element from one to the other. You can buy the G top handle, but the tank is only available in standard non-G form. Those heating elements are in series and they either both work or neither work. All are still avaiable.
