What kinda oak is this

Fellow on fb is trying to give this oak away. Says it's been down a little over a year. Just wondered if anyone caan id it?



 

 
'98 LT40HDD/Lombardini, Case 580L, Cat D4C, JD 3032 tractor, JD 5410 tractor, Husky 346, 372 and 562XP's. Stihl MS180 and MS361, 1998 and 2006 3/4 Ton 5.9 Cummins 4x4's, 1989 Dodge D100 w/ 318, and a 1966 Chevy C60 w/ dump bed.

He is offering it up as firewood. At first glance I thought it actually was a cedar but once I blew up the pic I could see otherwise. I just wondered if anyone else got fooled. I'm not interested in it myself. I have more trees for firewood than I will ever use.

Looks like the bark has slipped, might be worm food.
