Anyone have an opinion about using Bradford pear for smoking meat?

Fruit wood, shouldn't be too bad.
That's my opinion too.
Let us know how it works.
I've seen it for sale as smoking chips before but have never used it.

My advice on aging gracefully... ride fast bikes and date faster women, drink good tequila, practice your draw daily, be honest and fair in your dealings, but suffer not fools. Eat a hearty breakfast, and remember, ALL politicians are crooks.

I need to smoke some pork this weekend, so will give it a go and try to remember to report back.
