Excavator

Does anyone know anything about an IHI IS40S-2 excavator.  Like what will it lift, are they any good what to look for .etc.

This is the advert

4 tonne excavator.
No cab, but in good general condition.
Has extra hydraulic pump for attachments.
New drive motors and sprockets. Chains worn but have spare set. New seals in all digging cylinders and new battery.

It is at a NZ auction site with a starting bid of NZD $4000.00

Ernie I don't know about that hoe, but about 4 years ago I bought a Bobcat 273,  7500 lbs(us). I paid $8500 (us) for it and last summer I was offered $10,000  site unseen.  I have not seen one for that price since.
