Germination of smaller black walnut fruits compared to larger

Does anyone know how the germination rate of the smaller black walnut fruits that have fallen by now (in Indiana) compares to the larger fruits that fall later on? Let's say the small fruits are 1/4 to 1/3 the size of the larger fruits. 
Would be helpful to know now rather than find out in 9 months.

The small ones that drop off early are immature fruit and worthless i.e. no good. Sorry
