A customer asked to have a Eucalyptus tree milled.  It had been on the ground for 7 years.  This is some of the hardest wood my sawmill has ever milled.

There's about 100 different species of Euc, and some of them are the hardest of the hard, Without being 7 years old.  :D  If there was ever a scenario for carbide tip saws, this is it.
Weekend warrior, Peterson JP test pilot, Dolmar 7900 and Stihl MS310 saws and  the usual collection of power tools :)
