Woodmizer KD250 Temperature?

I am considering buying a Woodmizer KD250 kiln system and Woodmizer states that the kiln temperature range is between 70-120 degrees F. I am wondering if it is possible to get the temperature over 130 degrees for bug kill?

The compressor high temp safety relief will trip off at 130F, for sterilization you turn off the compressor and turn on the heat strip and it will go up to 160F

That unit is made by Nyle and this document will explain setting the pitch and sterilization procedures for the L200/KD250 and the L53/KD150.
