What are lumber prices for 2024

I was wondering what the lumbers prices are for rough cut green, red and white oak? I live in west central Indiana. Thanks

Retail kiln dried 4/4 Red Oak number 1 common is 3.80  a board ft retail on an Iowa hardwood retailer I check when i am curious.  Green rough sawn ungraded, half that I suppose.

I bought 2 x 8 x 16 ft. pressure treated to fill in some rotted boards with holes bigger than my feet for 25 bucks each.  cannot even get 18 footers.  for my gooseneck 32 foot.
