You guys helped me sort out the bad coil on this saw but now it has a new problem.
It starts and idles ok but when I start cutting a log it will misfire and break up when under load. New spark plug , cleaned the air filter and fresh fuel have had no effect on it. As it's an AT model I also did a reset.
Any suggestions?

You may have a slight air leak in the fuel lines or a line weak and collapsing when the suction goes up.  When you press the priming bulb, does it pop back up quickly or does it rise slowly?

Your secondary system on the carb may have issues. Try some carb cleaner.

The coil adjustment may have slipped or the new coil may not be a high quality unit.

What does the plug look like? Dark and sooty(rich) or white ashy(lean)?

It's possible I could have damaged or dislodged a fuel line or electrical connection during the coil replacement.
I will have to do a full inspection of the saw

Gearbox

inspect the kill switch wire when you open it up .

Check the fuel line to barb connection from tank to carb. I had to replace a fuel line because it was no longer tight. Similar symptoms

Thanks for the advice and I will report my findings when I get back to it.
I'm currently in the middle of PTO winch repair
that's taking up my time right now and which has shut my logging operations down.
I have 2 saws so that cutting can continue while I work on the other saw but only 1 winch 😎

Pulled the covers off the saw and checked the fuel lines and electrical wires and everything looks fine. I'm stumped at this point.
Saw runs but erratically.

My old logging boss had a 562 that started acting up under load. Turns out the PTO bearing was out and started to come undone! It lasted 1 year from date of purchase. The second saw ran for over three years I believe. But that was back in '12 or '13 so husky was still working the kinks out of them.

Turned out to be a bad coil. OEM replacement fixed it
