Super easy and fast creamy beef Stroghanoff comfort food

   Cut up 3/4 of a large sweet onion or a medium one, or two small ones, cut up 1LB of tenderized cubed steak into 1/2 to 3/4" cubes, and 3 cans of drained mushroom pieces and stems. 
   Fry them in a large pan with sides.  Cover to speed it up.  Then add 3 cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup and one cup of sour cream. Get it heating on a lower heat setting and keep it stirred.  
   Boil water and add a bag of no yolk BROAD noodles and once cooked and drained combine with the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.  Fast to make and it's good and not expensive.
