Hi All,

I recently acquired an old Farmi JL 306 winch. It seems to work well, and I plan to do some preventative maintenance to address any potential issues. Does anyone have a PDF manual or a parts diagram they could share?

Something seems wrong with the routing of the winch cable through the top pulley. The cable is riding on the bracket and wearing into it. Is it supposed to pass through the hole at the bottom of the bracket? Any ideas?

Thanks!

I have a manual for that winch, but not pdf. The cable goes in the bottom of the bracket, just behind where the cable is right now.

Try going on the Farmi website.
I downloaded a pdf manual years ago for a 351p winch that I had.

Take a good look at the cable. If it's been scraping across that corner, it may have some damage.

Can you still get parts for the 306 winches?

Someone had one for sale not far from me years ago at a really good price. It turned out the good price was because it needed some part replaced which they could not find. (I don't recall what parts they were, and don't know how hard they looked.)
