PSA to end frustration with hard to open and clogged glue nozzle on Titebond products.

I thoroughly detest and hate the Titebond glue nozzle. It's hard to open and clogs easily. Than its hard to clean. I always have 97 cent Walmart condiment bottles on hand as I use them for shop made finishes and hide glue. So a couple months ago when the Titebond nozzle was clogged I wondered if the condiment nozzle would fit. It not only fits perfect but it doesn't clog. Has a little thingy to hold the cap. Works perfect!!!! The Titebond bottle on the right in the pic has the condiment nozzle.

The Walmart bottle is only 12 ounces and Titebond is 16 ounces so just swap nozzles and throw the condiment bottle away. I've been cranking out projects the last couple of months and found I even like the Walmart nozzle better than the highly over rated and priced Glu-Bots 95% of the time.

sounds like you do not love the TB nozzles, but if you call them, they will send you a few in each of the colors you want.  I also use the glue bots and buy the glue in gallon containers.

I had a Glue bot and it worked fine, only I had a long period that I didn't use it and the glue went bad in it turning to gum and I had to toss the thing.  I do hate the tight bond nozzle as it becomes so hard to open.  I've seen people make a tool to open it when it gets difficult but haven't made one.  Good to consider those condiment caps.
Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!

I go to the Family Dollar store, buy a ketchup bottle....keep the cap and pitch the bottle.
The cap has the same thread as a Titebond bottle (16oz).

Get one with a tethered cap..

I switched to Gorilla Glue because of the Titebond opening problems.

Titebond 3 by the gallon and I have had very good luck with Rockler Glue Applicator Set, I use quite a few dominoes and the square tip is about perfect for those.  https://www.rockler.com/rocklers-glue-applicator-set
