What might be wrong with my Husqvarna 562XP Mark II?

Ok. Embarrassing set up for this question. Brand new Husqvarna 562 XP Mark II. Chain is slightly loose but I fire it up and start cutting with it anyway. I am so enamored with with how it is cutting I don't stop to actually tighten the chain. I find out, the hard way, that I should have done it from the start. As I am cutting the cutch cover pops off and I throw the chain. The chain is clearly trashed. You can see the teeth, that go into the bar, are chewed up or snapped off. Ok. Need a new chain. I have one now and put it on but it feels like there is a problem. The chain doesn't rotate smoothly on the bar when moving it by hand. It's not too tight so I am wondering if I might have damaged something else. What should I check if that might be the case?

For starters remove the bar and chain, check tkat your bar is straight - it should be but check. Then check the groove in the bar where the chain runs, Make sure there a no burrs that will rub on or pinch the chain. These burrs would be from where the chain marked up the bar when it flew off. If that's not it let us know.

Also check that the end of the bar spins freely.

Probably just made a burr on the drivers.
I have never damaged a bar from throwing a chain, but check to make sure.

Didn't look like burs but there were wood chips in the grooves. I guess that makes sense since the chain was lose. Moves more freely now. Not sure it is 100% but it is significantly better. Thanks for the advice.

Hopefully it's the right chain to fit the sprocket. I had the shop change a clutch and sprocket, they put the wrong spocket on, so that cost me a second sprocket and chain. I didn't see no free sprocket and chain come my way.
