Does anyone have an idea of what a reasonable price on a Norwood Lumbermate 2000 would be?  No idea on hours but from the pictures it looks like it's seen some use.  20 hp with an extension.  Any experience trying to find parts for this mill, now that it's discontinued?   One recently came up for sale in my area and I was hoping to have a little more background on these mills before I talked to the seller about it.

Thank you.

Warner, welcome. I have a Lumbermate2000 that I bought new in 2001, so 24 year old. I am a hobbyist but a serious hobbyist. I love the mill and have had very few problems with it. I have never had a problem getting parts from Norwood except during the covid mess. That old mill of mine still saws straight and true. I wouldn't sell mine for less than $5000 which is what I paid for it.

If you do buy the mill make sure Norwood is informed of the sale so that when you order parts Norwood will know the mill was sold and not stolen.

Best of luck to you.
