possible shipment from Reno, NV to Central NY

I'm looking for a hauler for a track system. I'm looking to buy a track system like those used in a meat cutters walk in cooler. If I order it, pick up would be in Reno, I live in Oneida, NY. The shipment would be between 350-375 lbs, in 2 pcs, a palleted track system (up to 7.5-8' long), and a small crate containing hangers, rollers and misc. parts. Anyone coming east to CNY from near or west of Reno?
The track would mount under the truss bottom cord and go along each side of the evaporator, then go oup past the front pan, and form a U. Then it will go to the center of the doorway. I'll hoist my syrup pan, glite it to the door, then place it at a shelf outside, under my elevated feed tank for cleaning the pan, using my homemade pan washer. Meanwhile, I'll place my spare pan on the "arch", connect the plumbing and make more syrup while the dirty pan gets washed. PM me if you are making that trip and would consider hauling the shipment sometime between Mar. 15 and May 15 of this year. I'd need about 3 weeks notice to get the system built after we agree on a price.
