For sale section not working right

When I go to the for sale section I do not get the usual "you must agree" banner and I am automatically scrolled to the bottom of the page.  I also can not navigate to any thread or even off the page.  I have to use my browser tab to reload my default location on the forum.  Seems to only happen in the for sale section.

Same thing happens in the wanted section as well.  :-\

Something is messed up. I disabled it for now, until I can figure it out. You can get into the commerce section now.
