Thoughts? I am thinking about getting one. Heard they are really good saws.

The red version of the Husqvarna 450? With assisted start I think. Should be a nice saw. The line of saws that replaced the venerable 350/2150 in the upper end of the Homeowner/Landowners price range. Heard TSC had them on sale. They are a 3.2hp saw.

If bought from TSC it will need to be adjusted to run properly. Both HI and LO will need to be turned out a bit.

But this is a real nice saw family. Not as fun or project friendly as the 2150/350 chassis that they replaced, but they are FAR more reliable saws. Hardly ever see any problems with them.

Seems like a sweet spot in the power/weight ratio in their homeowner/landowner saws as well.
