Hydraulics motor 8111-i Brush

Hi guy,

i Have LT40 Hydraulics 2010 and i want to remplace brushes of my New generation monarch motor, i have removed brush dust on motor case in past month. my sawmill have 1200 hours and I have only 1/4 of brushes.

I have already read a lot of discussion on the topic. there is very little information about the new motor generation. Can anyone give me the exact size of the brushes to buy Standard aftermarket brushes online ( Canada ship ).

   Old motor was Prestolite. New motor is Iskra. WM has them as a kit. part # 038682 

  


 



You will need the kits. Or at least that is the easiest way I have found to replace them. Most times the springs are weak and need to be replaced with the brush, they also come in the kit.  If I have time I do turn the armature. Sometime this is not needed.

Sorry I cant get you exactly what you need. I think you want the length of the brush.

when I clean the inside I broke the white support brush. I repaired with tierap, but I do not like this repair. do you know if the brush support comes with the brush kit WM
