Air drying Ash how long?

So I've got 2x8 ash boards - 5000BF+ worth that was just milled.  It was standing dead or dying so some still had some moisture and others were drier.  They are going to be used in a barn for stalls and wall boards.  So they will be exposed to ambient air temperatures and humidity.  They will be planed and T&G'd.  I don't want them to shrink significantly after T&G'ing. I figure the boards have to be at 10%-15% MC before machining.  I may have up to 3 months before we machine them.  The question is, do we put them in the kiln and have those costs, or do we stack and sticker them in my heated shop with fans on the stacks?  How fast will Ash lose moisture that way?  I do not know the starting moisture as I believe there is a variety in the stack, but Ash is one of the lowest moisture hardwoods. Thanks.
Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!

While I don't have the answer  this is what I would do; let them dry at least through march and after  planning/moulding put them back on sticks in a good dry airy place. Every time you 'cut' a piece of lumber you expose air where it has never been.
