I like the orange better!  Goes good with burgundy.

Jeff

It has a brand new holly 4bbl on it the previous owner installed a month before I bought the car.

Hey Boss, ever thought about an alarm system in you car?
When I fixed up a 66 Mustang we concealed a push button kill switch inside the cigarette lighter. shut the car off give the lighter a push in and out and the car could not be started, push the lighter in and out a second time and the car could be started.
Think like a farmer.

Not as familiar with the Hollys but they can be tuned with proper Jets/Needles and adjusting the secondary's.   If you can check local speed shop they can get you some suggestions or take a look at YOUTUBE it is amassing what you can find on there now...   When "Testing" afterwards Seat of pants can help, but be sure to get some actual testing timer and use same stretch of road all on back road or track is best.   keep track of weather temp humidity etc to make sure all of them are as close to same as possible.   Dyno is best and you would be paying for testing tuning and expertise of operator but probably not something most cruisers would do.

Holley carbs are quite good but you do need to tune them in.  My old '78 F250 had a 390 with an Edelbrock carb and cams.  Only got 8mpg but it would leave everything in it's dust!

My friend Brian, the graphic design guy up at Arnie's created this and printed it up.

Thanks to a lot of help from my son yesterday, who does much better stuck upside down under a dash than I do anymore, we gave the old T-bird the ability to crank some tunes. it had a working am radio, but the speaker was completely trashed.  It now has a new radio and duel cone center speaker, with a very old school almost original look. :)

Great choice of radios and a top notch installation.

The buttons are electronic now rather than mechanical like the old original. It also has an aux port in the back so I could run a cable into the center console glove box to hook to my phone or an mp3 player. Its not hands free, but once you answer a call you can talk and hear via the radio.

That new radio along with the dash has more chrome to polish then my Harley. At least your interior shouldn't get rained on.  :D

The aux jack is a great feature. I hates holding a phone up to my head when I'm driving. Plus you can hear so much better through the speakers. I use the aux jack on my bike to play Pandora.

I'm going to have to go make some engine noise to make a recording for you. :)  It probably won't sound as good via youtube, but we'll see... :)
